The Pacific NW GeoMap can be used on many different levels of your earth science unit, whether the subject is volcanoes and earthquakes, plate tectonics, or the rock cycle. By happenstance, the GeoMap also transects the Nisqually basin, location of the epicenter of the recent earthquake of February 28, 2001.
